Below you can find the forms which you may be asked to sign by the Archive team if you are making an enquiry or visiting the Archive.

If you are visiting to donate items, then you will be asked to sign the 'Object Entry Form'.

If you are making an enquiry, or visiting to conduct research, and would like to view and have copies of photographs from our collection, then you will be required to sign the 'Copyright and Image Use Declaration Form'.
