We'e seeking an ambitious and creative Head of Visitor Experience to lead our visitor offer, grow and diversify audiences, and strengthen engagement.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead the Audience Development Plan, oversee events and learning programmes, and grow earned income across admissions, events, retail, catering and room hire.

You will also plan and deliver Wallop Wheels & Wings, the Museum’s annual flagship fundraising event, with peak activity in June and July.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced visitor experience, audience development, events or commercial professional passionate about creating outstanding, inclusive experiences and helping shape the Museum’s future.
