Exhibitor FAQs – Wallop Wheels and Wings 2026

Arrival.

  1. If you are bringing your vehicle on a trailer, please notify event.support@armyflying.com ASAP.
  2. The road signs will direct you to arrive at the Army Aviation Centre, please display your car/motorcycle pass and have your photo ID ready, to enable a speedy security check.
  3. Once you have checked through security at the entrance to Army Aviation Centre, follow the road round to the entrance to the airfield. You will then be given your wristband and directed towards the Paddocks. There will be two lanes to enable you to enter the Paddock area. Please use both lanes to avoid congestion. In the Paddock area, please always follow the Steward’s directions.
  4. Dogs are not allowed for the event. It is staged on a live airfield with regular aircraft arrivals during the event. Assistance dogs are permitted to attend.
  5. The public will not be allowed access to the Paddocks prior to the opening at 10.00am. You however, with your exhibitor wristband, will be able to move from the Paddocks to the Museum and shopping village, and return to the Paddocks at all times.

Exhibitor Benefits.

  1. Caterers will be open from 08.00 for early exhibitor arrivals serving tea and coffee and breakfast to purchase.
  2. Your exhibitor wristband will enable you to free access to the Museum, either between 8.00 and 10.00 or 14.30 and 16.30.
  3. Event programmes will be given to you with your wristband.
  4. Motorcyclists can use the signposted secure area to store their personal belongings.

Departure

  1. For safety and security reasons, departure from the event, will not be permitted until the event has ended at 16:30.
  2. At this time, once the Airfield gates have re-opened, you will be directed by the stewards to depart using the same route, back through the Army Aviation Centre.
