Daytime Talk with Tony Bray

Nothing Is Impossible

10am Thursday 6th June

Join us on the 80th anniversary of D-Day, to hear Tony Bray tell the tale of the glider assault on the bridges over the Caen Canal and the River Orne, described as the greatest feat of flying in the Second World War.

This year marks the 82nd anniversary of the formation of the Glider Pilot Regiment and Tony’s talk will include interviews recorded with surviving veterans from this illustrious Regiment.

The content of talks are based on the research and views of the guest speakers.

The Museum is an independent charity and all proceeds from this event go towards supporting the work we do in preserving the history of British Army aviation.
