A team with in excess of 430,000 flying hours, and a combined engineering experience of 850 years, launched a partnership with a Hampshire based Army aviation museum at a festival of motoring and aircraft recently.

The Army Flying Museum joined forces with one of the fastest growing defence companies in the UK, Inzpire, to kick off the corporate partnership at the Museum’s inaugural Wallop Wheels and Wings event.

The Middle Wallop based Museum tells the story of British Army Flying from the early days of military ballooning to the modern Army Air Corps (AAC).  Meanwhile the Inzpire team, a number of which are ex-AAC, have more than 4500 years of military experience, with expertise brought from operations in Afghanistan, the Balkans, Libya, Iraq and beyond.

Founded in 2005, Inzpire is a trusted partner of the UK MOD, employing highly experienced ex-military personnel who work alongside defence engineers and business professionals to deliver operationally credible solutions to customers.

Ella Clayton, Development Manager at the AFM, said: “We are delighted that Inzpire has joined as a corporate member of the museum.  They are such an exciting company with many of their staff having a deep affiliation with the Army Air Corps. This is a great opportunity to showcase their brand to an ever-expanding museum audience as well as bringing valuable benefits to employees including free anytime access to the museum. We are hugely grateful for Inzpire’s support as a corporate member which will also help aid the museum’s post pandemic recovery.”

Alan Whittle, Director of Strategy at Inzpire, said: “We at Inzpire are fully aware that successful teams are built on solid foundations and that the memories of the hard work and sacrifices made to create something truly remarkable should be precious and enduring. The history of the Army Air Corps is precious to many of us at Inzpire and the museum provides an ever expanding and adapting showcase that tells the many stories that show how the Army Air Corps has come from humble beginnings to be the trusted and respected organisation it is today. We are thrilled to be supporting the museum through our corporate partnership and look forward to a long and enduring relationship in the future.
