Music Makers

We have been working with choir members from Hampshire and Wiltshire to learn, rehearse and perform a song inspired by the stories of the Glider Pilot Regiment told in the Museum. A series of online sessions were held throughout March and April 2021, which culminated in the performance which you can watch by clicking on the video below.

Huge thanks to everyone who took part in the Music makers project, including members of Winchester Military Wives Choir and Salisbury Community Choir. Thanks also to Martin Jakeman (Artisitic Director) at Historical Huzzahs and to Simon May and Ross Sterne Productions for making this project possible.
